Location:

Currently, our office is located at 7805 Phoenix Avenue, in the facility housing the practice of Dr. Michael Marsh, Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy specialist (ACENTA).

• You can enter from either Phoenix Avenue or 79th Street. 

• For reference, the Arkansas Federal Credit Union (blue) building is right on the corner. 

• Our building and our logo will be clearly visible from Phoenix.

• The entrance is on the west side of the building under the portico. 

In mid-January, 2026 we will relocate to 8101 McClure Drive, Suite 100, just off Massard Road in the area near ArcBest. The phone number will remain unchanged.
