Consultation

The first step to a brand new you is a serious conversation with a board certified surgeon like Ann K. Passmore, M.D., F.A.C.S. During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss the types of procedures or treatments that interest you. We encourage you to be open and forthright in expressing your concerns and desires.  

Your consultation will be customized for you. Dr. Passmore will help you learn more about the procedure you are considering and will help you understand things like recovery time and post-operative risks.

Cosmetic consultations are $60 and visits covered by your insurance are customized.

Insurance

Some reconstructive surgery is covered by insurance. The amount of coverage varies among insurance providers. (Note that cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.)

Some insurance providers pay only a portion of our fee. Patients are responsible for the amount not paid by their insurer. We request that co-pays, deductibles, and the amount not paid by insurance be paid at the time of your visit. Payment may be paid by cash, check, and most major credit cards.

For patients with in-network plans, we will gladly help you contact your insurance company with a description of proposed surgical procedures in advance of treatment. Therefore, it’s very important that you provide us with accurate insurance information.
